Citizens of the once great Yorkadelphia City continue the reconstruction and restoration of their metropolis following a chaotic caper by a cryptic criminal. But these poor citizens are still not safe! The villainous FIVE SEASONS get a head start on their “Spring Cleaning” while the heroic defenders of Yorkadelphia City, THE OCTARCHES, reluctantly “protect” their recovering city.
